Amazon Associate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Links to Amazon on CEDAR BUY are affiliate links; buying through them can earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. The Affiliate Disclosure explains how links are labelled and what this does and does not influence.

Certain content that appears on this site comes from Amazon. This content is provided "as is" and is subject to change or removal at any time.

Where each piece of information comes from

  • Amazon: product titles, images, prices, availability and specifications, retrieved through the Amazon Creators API. We do not show Amazon customer reviews or star ratings.
  • Cedar AI: summaries, "why it matches" notes, pros and cons, comparisons and labels such as "Best overall", generated by an AI model from the product information and the needs you describe.
  • Cedar Buy tools: Match scores, rankings, Compare and Help Me Choose, calculated by this site's own software from the product information — no AI model is involved in these.
  • Cedar Buy editors: articles and buying guides, written by people. We do not test products ourselves.

Product information can change

Prices, availability and listings change on Amazon all the time. We refresh product information regularly — prices within minutes — and show the time each price was retrieved, but there is always a gap between when we retrieved a detail and when you read it. Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date and time indicated and are subject to change; the price and availability shown on Amazon when you buy are what apply.

Cedar AI can make mistakes

Cedar AI is an AI assistant. It can misunderstand a request, summarise a product wrongly or compare options imperfectly. Treat its answers as a starting point for your own research, and check compatibility, safety, size and anything else important on the product page or with the manufacturer.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice. For products where that matters, follow the manufacturer's instructions and ask a qualified professional.

Links to Amazon and other websites take you to sites we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content, products or services.

Trademarks

Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other product and company names are the trademarks of their owners. CEDAR BUY is independent: Amazon does not sponsor or endorse this site, and our only relationship with Amazon is the Amazon Associates Program.
